摘要
简要介绍色谱法分析食品中有机酸的研究进展,并作一综述。
paper introduces chromatographic analysis of organ in acids in Foods, which includes high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography. High performance liquid chromatography has been widely applied because of its speediness and stability. Gas chromatography is the most sensitive method for the determination of organ in acids in Foods. The trend of Chromatographic Analysis is to associate with other technology for better working.
