结合煤炭地质工作实际,简述了发展战略和规划管理在煤炭经济中的作用,介绍了煤炭地质单位发展战略和规划管理的现状,提出了编制煤炭地质单位发展战略须把握的几个问题;并对煤炭地质单位战略任务进行了思考。
