摘要
目前,常规管道气动内对口器均存在涨紧力小的缺点,很难保证管口组对的精度。文中对比常规对口器的结构,提出了一种全新的设计方案,并通过简单的力学分析,阐明该设计的优越性。2006年4月在“西部管道”柳圆段施工使用,受到了工人和现场人员的普遍好评。
At present, the smaller expandable power is a flaw of the routine internal pneumatic line-up clamps, and it is very difficult to insure the line-up precision. By compare with the structure of the routine clamps, a new project is designed. This design has an original virtue through a simple mechanical analysis. This clamp won high praises of field workers at Liuyuan of "West Pipiline" in April 2006.
