摘要
应用静脉注射硝苯地平1mg治疗31例重症高血压患者,血压平均降低6.2/4kPa(P<0.01),降压效果可继续2h以上,仅1例出现心率增快的副作用,经加用β阻滞剂后症状很快消失.结果表明:静脉注射硝笨地平降压作用迅速,副作用小,疗效肯定,安全可靠.
In order to evaluate the immediate effect and adverse effect of nifedipine on severe hypertension, 31 patients with severe hypertension were given intravenous nifedipine injection of 1 mg. The blood pressure was 6.2/4 kPa. Tachycardia developed in some cases but it was brought under control by use of β-blocker. It is concluded that nifedipine injection is safe and fast treatment with minimum adverse effect for severe hypertension.
