摘要 通过建立弹性发射系统振动模型研究了潜艇发射系统的发射噪声问题,提出了将弹性橡胶圆盘振动简化为薄板振动的假设,对橡胶圆盘的自由振动过程及其振动固有频率进行了分析。利用已知的弹性发射系统的有关参数,通过仿真得出系统振动的基频估计,同时探讨了参数变化对弹性体振动频率的影响程度:真空条件下弹性体的自由振动基频较低;弹性体的厚度和直径与振动基频基本成线性关系,有利于弹性发射装置的尺寸设计。 For analyzing the launch noise of elastic launch system in submarine, a vibration model of new elastic launch system is established. Based on the hypothesis that the vibration of elastic rubber disc can be simplified as that of thin plate, the free vibra- tion process and natural frequency of the rubber disc are analyzed. By means of some known parameters of elastic launch system, the basic frequency is estimated via simulation of the vibration model, and the influence of the parameters variation on the elastomerie vibration frequency is discussed. The results show that the basic frequency of free vibration in a vacuum is lower, and the elastomeric thickness and diameter show linear relations with the basic frequency of vibration. These features will facilitate the design of elastic launch system.
