摘要
针对目前机械手动定深鱼雷的航行深度设定提出了遥控设定方法,分析了鱼雷定深遥控装置的结构和原理,该装置在设计中采用了双位齿式离合器、小模数齿轮定轴传动及旋转变压器反馈控制方式。通过对功能的分析以及相关技术数据的计算,总结了该装置的各子系统的机械传动路线以及各传动路线之间的相互联系,该研究可为类似传动装置的设计提供一定的参考。
This paper presents a remote setting method for setting the operating depth of torpedo in order to replace the traditional mechanical-manual setting, and analyzes the structure and working principle of the remote depth setting unit. The unit is designed using dual-position gear clutch, small module fixed gear axis transmission and feedback control mode of rotating transform- er. Based on the functional analysis and the calculation of its technical data, the mechanical driving routes of its subsystem and the correlation among them are summarized. This research provides a reference for designing similar transmission gear.
