湖北钉螺交配行为及方式的观察

Study on mating behavior and mode of Oncomelania hupensis hupensis

目的研究钉螺的交配行为及交配方式。方法将5～6旋活力较强的成熟钉螺放人培养皿中，置于奥林巴斯体视解剖镜下观察，记录全部交配过程。结果钉螺的交配行为可分为觅偶和求偶2个阶段；交配方式可分为2种基本形式4种类型。结论成功利用显微摄像系统详细观察了钉螺的交配行为及交配方式，提出了交配体位和朝向的划分模式，以资在钉螺和其他动物交配和行为模式的准确描述中提供参考和借鉴。

Objective To study the mating behaviour and mode of Oncomelania hupensis hupensis. Methods The mature snail, Oncomelania hupensis hupensis was observed under light microscopy, and all the course of the copulation behavior was recorded. Results Oncomelania hupensis hupensis＇s copulation behavior included calling and mating. There were two basic types of mating behaviour inclouding four subtypes. Conclusion The mating behavior and mode of Oncomelania hupensis hupensis are described.
