摘要
叙述了制曲监控软件的设计思想,总体构思,功能模块分析等内容,制曲车间的全部曲种在计算机的监控下生长,全车间共有96个温度点受到监控,监控软件设计合理,与硬件协调工作,与人工培养生长的曲种相比,质量高且稳定。
The paper described the design ideas, general structure and function madule analysis of the monitoring software of making leavens. All growing leavens were monitored by the computers. There were 96 temperatare spots were monitored. The results show that the monitoring software design is reasonable and in tune with hardware, the quality is high and stable as compared with the leavens cultivated artificially. The monitoring system is awarded a second class medals of science and technology progress of shanxi province.
