The Present Real Estate Bubble and the Bubble Economy in China

房地产业是国民经济的支柱产业,又是经济泡沫的主要载体之一。近几年来,随着房地产投资额的剧增,房地产泡沫问题成为公众关注的热点。文章从我国房地产的发展现状引发对房地产泡沫以及泡沫经济的探讨,通过对房地产泡沫的成因以及危害性分析,提出了一系列防范房地产泡沫的措施,促使房地产市场沿着持续健康的道路发展。

Real estate industry is the pillar of the national economy, and also is one of the main carrier of the economic bubble. In recent years, with the dramatic increase in real estate investment, the problem of real estate bubble has become the focus of the public. The article explores the real estate bubble and the bubble economy triggered from the current development of China＇s real estate, and puts forward a series of measures to prevent the real estate bubble through analysing the causes and effects of it, .so as to develop the sustained and healthy real estate market along the road.
