国家高新技术开发区发展战略研究——以太原高新技术开发区为例

Ecologically Studies on the Strategic Development of the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone——Take Taiyuan High-Tech Industrial Development Zone for Example

高新技术开发区是我国实现创新型国家重大战略的主要载体,是我国高新技术产业赖以生存的平台。文章从生态管理学的角度以太原高新区为例对我国高新区生态进行了详细的分析研究,在对高新区准确定位的基础上,结合高新区外部生态环境以及高新区内部资源优势,提出实现高新区可持续发展的思路。

The high-tech industrial development zone is an important carrier of actualizing the tactic of innovative country. It＇s the groundwork of our country＇s high and new technology industry. This paper, taking Taiyuan high-tech industrial development zone for example, studies on ecology niche of the high-tech industrial development zone from the point of view of ecology management. On the base of exact defining the high-tech industrial development zone, we combine the exterior environment and the interior preponderant resource of it; put forward the thoughts of achieving continually development.
