摘要
发展循环经济是转变经济增长方式,实现可持续发展,建设资源节约、环境友好、经济优质、社会和谐的社会的重要途径。因此,加快我国循环经济立法是当务之急。
Developing a circular economy is an important way to change the economic growth mode, realize sustainable development and build a harmonious society characterized by saving resources, friendly environment and fine economy. So we should establish our country＇ circular economy law quickly.
