摘要
《夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能设计标准》(JGJ75.2003)颁布实施以来,广州地区许多新建的住宅都进行了节能设计,以达到节能50%的规定目标。本文利用动态能耗模拟软件DeST-h,按照标准规定的对比评定法,对广州某栋住宅楼进行了全年空调能耗逐时模拟。通过构建基准建筑和参照建筑,计算得到了此栋建筑全年空调能耗值以及节能百分率撇和分析了采用不同屋顶构造、玻璃类型和墙体构造等围护结构形式对空调能耗的影响,并得到了这些节能措施所节能数量在建筑可节约能耗总量中所占的百分比。此外本文,也介绍了在夏热冬暖地区,利用DesT-h对居住建筑进行节能评价的具体方法。
Since the ordination of "Design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zone", a number of new residential buildings in Guangzhou have been designed to achieve energy efficiency with a goal of cutting the energy consumption 50% off. In this paper, the energy consumption simulation software DeST-h was used to simulate the air-conditioning energy consumption of a residential building in Guangzhou all year round. Based on the establishment of the standard and the referenced buildings, the energy consumption and the energy saving percentage of that building were firstly calculated. Secondly, the effectiveness of different types of roof structure, glass type and wall structure etc. on energy consumption was analyzed respectively, also the ratios of the corresponding energy saving amount of these measures to the total one were obtained. In addition, the detailed procedure of using DeST-h to assess the energy efficiency of residential buildings in the hot-summer-warm-winter zone was introduced.
