摘要
以马鞍山市某高校大学生活动场所为研究对象,采用自然沉降法对场所内的空气进行菌落数检测,以及温度、相对湿度和风速等室内环境参数的检测;通过问卷调查了学生对室内微生物的认识程度。结果表明:学生公寓的平均菌落数均超过卫生标准;教室的空气菌落总数合格率为33.3%;体育馆、图书馆和学生食堂整体符合标准。主观调查显示学生对室内微生物有一定生理适应性。大学生活动场所空气微生物污染状况需要引起重视。
In this paper, at first, the sum of bacteria in the rooms of a university in Ma'anshan was investigated by natural fallen method ; the parameters of indoor air such as temperature, relative humidity and velocity were simultaneously measured. The experimental results showed that the average numbers of colony-forming units in student apartments exceeded the sanitation standard,the total air bacteria eligible rate in the classroom was 33.3 % ,while the indoor air of gymnasium, library and student canteen were satisfied. Secondly, the student acknowledgement status about indoor microbes was surveyed by the questionnaire. The subjective results indicated that most of the students could adapt themselves well to the indoor microorganism. It could be concluded that the problem of air microbes' pollution in campus' room should be paid more attention.
