摘要
利用多维加速度传感技术并结合相应测试算法进行汽车制动性能的测试,可大大简化仪器的整体结构和体积,简述了工作原理和系统硬件组成,并对传感器的选用等内容进行了详细的论述。针对制动之前较长时间的准备运行带来较大测量积累误差的缺点,采用向后数值积分的算法。该测试装置小巧方便,安装简单,功能强,成本低,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
A vehicle braking performance test using the technology of multidimensional accelerometer and relevant test arithmetic reduce the integral structure and cubage of the instrument greatly. The working principle and hardware structure of the instrument are presented, and the selection of sensor is discussed in detail. To solve the problem of growth in the error of long time of preparative running before braking, a backward algorithm is presented. The instrument has small volume, simple installation, powerful function and low cost, so it has better social and economical benefit.
