摘要 以钛酸四丁酯为主要原料、冰醋酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米Fe2O3-TiO2复合催化剂,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和荧光光谱(FS)分析了催化剂的晶体结构、形貌和光谱特征。以甲基橙溶液为处理对象,在可见光下研究了不同n(Fe2O3)∶n(TiO2)的催化剂的光催化活性,并初步研究了荧光强度与催化剂的光催化活性之间的关系。研究结果表明,n(Fe2O3)∶n(TiO2)为0.10%的催化剂的光催化活性最佳,光照4h后甲基橙的去除率达99.8%,且荧光强度与光催化活性呈正相关性。 Fe2O3-TiO2 nano-particle composite catalyst was prepared by Sol-Gel method using tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) as main raw material and acetic acid as inhibitor. The crystal structure, morphology and spectrum of the catalyst were characterized by means of XRD, TEM and FS. In treatment of methyl orange solution, the photocatalytic activities of several catalysts with different n( Fe2O3 ) :n( TiO2 ),the relationship between fluorescence intensity and photocatalytic activity were studied. The results indicate that: The photocatalytic activity of catalyst with n (Fe2O3 ) : n( TiO2 ) 0.10% is the best;The removal rate of methyl orange is 99.80% after 4 h irradiation ;The fluorescence intensity is positively correlated with the photocatalytic activity.
