溶血磷脂酸与卵巢肿瘤 被引量:1

摘要 溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一种多功能磷脂信使,通过G蛋白耦联受体介导的多种信号传导通路发挥其生物学效应。已知的人类LPA受体有3种,LPA1(Egd2),LPA2(Edg4)和LPA3(Edg7),其中LPA1主要分布于正常组织,而LPA2和3在某些肿瘤组织中明显增多。LPA主要通过靶细胞上特异性受体发挥其多种生物学功能。近年的研究表明,其与卵巢癌的发生、发展、浸润、转移及代谢耐药关系极为密切,了解其作用机制,信号传导通路及与卵巢肿瘤的关系,可指导早期诊断、复发预测、预后判断及基因调控靶向治疗卵巢癌。
