摘要
本文报告了在疟疾低流行区，医疗单位疟疾漏诊状况的调查结果，指出了由于医生多年来见不到疟疾病例，缺乏经验或警惕性，致使６９．１４％的病例漏诊。其中村级诊所漏诊率８７．６５％，乡卫生院漏诊率９７．５０％，县级医院漏诊率８５．７１％，市级及以上医院漏诊率３０．７７％。可见，提高基层医生疟疾诊断和鉴别诊断能力。
n low epidemic areas,average failing diagnosis rate of malaria cases was 69 14% for medical units of different levels,in which 87 65% occurred in clinics at the village level,97 50% occurring of the township level,and 30 77% for hospitals at the city level,respectively.We conclude that promotion of the diagnostic ability of malaria among doctors in the grassroots medical units is very important in the low-epidemic areas.
