摘要
本文在充分调研国内外管道压力检测技术的基础上,提出新的管道压力检测方法———基于非插入式超声波管外测量方法。该方法克服管道壁厚影响,而且有效地消除系统误差,达到了较高的精度。根据声学方面和流体力学的相关知识,利用液压系统压力变化引起油液声速变化这一物理特性,提出通过测量超声波在油液中的传播速度实现压力测量的新方法,具有重要的实用价值。
A new method of pipeline pressure detection based on non-intrusive ultrasonic wave pressure measurement beside petroleum piping. The advantage of the method is that the influence of the thickness of the tube and system error are effectively eliminated and is good accuracy. Pertinent theory on acoustics and fluid is profoundly analyzed,The pressure is a function of the measured ultrasonic wave velocity in pressure measurement system, it is possible to accurately convert the small change of velocity with the pressure into a direct pressure reading. The system is a useful tool for hydraulic systems.
