胃网膜右动脉的组织学观察及应用解剖研究

Histological and Anotomical Studies on the Righ Gastro-Epiploic Artery

观测了１６具成人尸体的胃网膜右动脉，并对８例进行了组织学观察。ＲＧＥＡ长度为２７．９３ｃｍ，起点及距起点１８ｃｍ处外径分别为４．１４ｍｍ和２５０ｍｍ。光镜下ＲＧＥＡ的营养血管仅存在于动脉外膜，提示动脉中、内层营养完全来自本血管管腔。为ＲＧＥＡ用于冠状动脉旁路移植术提供了解剖学资料。

The right gastro-epipioic artery(RGEA)was investigated on 16 adult cadavers and histological examination was also performed on 8 RGEA.The length of RG EA was 27.93cm.The external diameters of RG EA were 4.14mm and 2.50mm at its origin and the point from origin to l8cm.The vasa vasorum were confined only to the adventitia,which indicates that the media is mourished entirely from the lumen These offer anatomical matomical materials for the utilizing of RGEA in the coronary artery bypass grafting.
