PVC-U注塑制品红纹现象浅析

Analysis of the red stripes phenomenon of the molded PVC-U plastic products

考虑到北方的气候,结合天津中财型材有限公司设备、模具、混料及原材料等条件,分析并验证了PVC-U注塑制品表面出现红纹的缺陷。在实际生产中,可通过修模、调试配方、更换原辅料等措施来解决。结果表明:PVC树脂质量和模具结构对制品的表观质量和力学性能影响很大。

According to the weather of North of China, along with the conditions of equipments, moulds, tempering and feedstock of Tianjin Zhongcai Section Material Co., Ltd., red stripes phenomenon of PVC - U molded products was analyzed and verified. In practical production, the red stripes phenomenon of products could be solved through repairing the mould, debugging formula or changing the feedstock and additives. The results showed that the apparent quality and mechanical properties of products were affected obviously by the quality of PVC resins and the structure of moulds.
