摘要 研究了钙/锌复合稳定剂对PVC热稳定与耐候性能的影响。结果表明,流变仪热分解时间试验能反映PVC加工过程中的长期热稳定性能;钙/锌复合稳定剂添加量达到一定数值时,对PVC热稳定性能与耐候性能的影响较小。此研究对稳定剂添加量的确定有指导意义。 The influences of Ca/Zn composite stabilizer on the heat stability and weather ability of PVC were studied. The results showed that the thermal decomposition time determined by rheometer experiments could reflect the long - term heat stability of PVC during processing process, and when the dosage of Ca/Zn composite stabilizer was up to a value,its influence on the heat stability and weather ability was small. This research was helpful for choosing the dosage of stabilizer.
