摘要
研究了Na^+、F^-、剪切力以及接种量等对用于生物冶金的一株中度嗜热嗜酸菌生长的影响。结果表明,F^-对该菌具有明显的抑制作用。该菌具有较强的耐高渗溶液的能力,最高耐受NaCl浓度可达3.0 g/L;剪切力对细菌的生长也有较大的影响,且随着粒度的减小,对细菌活性的影响越大;1%的接种量生长周期为一个工作日,符合生产实际。
The effect of Na^+ ,F^- and shear force etc. on a moderately thermoacidophilic iron-oxidizing bacterial strain was investigated. Several conclusions were drawn as follows: F^- restrains the bacteria remarkably, the bacteria has a great ability of tolerance in high osmotic pressure solution, which can adapt to 3.0 g/L NaCl, shear force also restrains the bacteria, the larger the granularity is and the smaller the effect will; The growth period is nearly one day with 1% inoculums.
