合金元素对3X04铝合金铸锭组织及性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用正交试验方法设计了3X04铝合金成分,并对退火后的合金进行了力学性能测试,分析了主要合金元素对材料力学性能的影响;通过运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等手段研究了铝合金退火组织及断口形貌,阐述了其对力学性能影响的微观机制,找到了3X04铝合金较佳的合金元素含量。 The orthogonal experiment is used to design the composition of 3X04 aluminum alloy. The mechanical properties were investigated after annealing, as well as the microstructure and fracture of the ingots were observed through metallographic microscope and SEM. Meanwhile, the effect mechanics of the alloying agents on the properties is pointed out. The optimum alloying agents have been found.
