摘要
本文分析了高频振动筛在石英砂湿法生产的分级作业中存在的问题,对回转筛的性能从筛分效率、筛网磨损、整体布置和结构特点等方面进行了深入分析,并结合实际使用中存在的问题,对回转筛的结构作了相应地改进。
In this paper, the existing problems of high frequency vibration screen during quartz sand wet production is analyzed. By deeper analysis to rotary screen from such aspects as classification efficiency, abrasion, assignment and structure, the methods to improve the rotary screen are put forward.
