摘要
为了提高钛合金的耐磨性能,采用专用的氧乙炔热喷涂枪,以镍包石墨粉为原材料,在Ti-6Al-4V钛合金表面上进行热喷涂耐磨涂层的研究.通过调整工艺参数,得到了良好质量的镍包石墨涂层.涂层与钛合金基底的界面呈现一定的冶金结合状态,界面结合强度很高.微观组织分析发现,涂层的组成相仍然为镍和石墨.借助于镍的包裹保护,石墨颗粒比较均匀地分布于涂层中,形成了以镍为基体,以石墨为润滑相的耐磨涂层.这种镍包石墨涂层可以极大地提高钛合金的耐磨性能.
In order to improve wear resistance of titanium alloy,using an acetylene blowtorch of thermal spray apparatus,a process of thermal spraying wear-resistance layer on Ti-6Al-4V substrate with pre-placed nickel-coated graphite powder was studied.A good nickel-coated graphite layer was obtained in a proper thermal spraying process.There is a metallurgical interface between the layer and Ti-6Al-4V substrate,which possess high binding strength.Microstructure analysis shows that there are nickel and graphite phases in the layer.By means of nickel coating function,graphite particles distribute evenly in the layer.The wear-resistance layer uses nickel as matrix and uses graphite as lubricant.The nickel-coated graphite coating can greatly improve wear resistance of titanium alloy.
