摘要
物流园区是物流产业协同的重要表现形式,研究园区企业的迁移规律,对于政府制定相应的园区政策,吸引企业入驻具有重要的意义.文中论述了园区企业的迁移规律,构建了物流园区的态度空间和物流产业构形,建立了园区物流企业迁移的非线性动力学模型.通过分析园区企业聚集的特点和规律,提出了物流园区企业迁移模型的参数估计方法,此方法可用于指导物流园区的管理与控制.
The Distribution Park is a significant performance form of logistic industry cooperation. The study on the migration law and establishment of the migration model has great significance for stabilizing enterprises, coordinating development, formulating relevant park policies for the Government, and attracting enterprises into the parks. In this paper, an attitude space of logistic park and structure of logistic industry have been set up, and a nonlinear dynamical model for park＇s enterprises is estab- lished. The gathering characteristics and law of the park＇s enterprises are also analyzed, and then estimation model of parameters is laid out. A series of important conclusions are gained.
