红外光谱法研究高能气体压裂弹燃气安全性

摘要 用密闭爆发器模拟高能气体压裂弹在油井中的燃烧过程,用红外光谱分析技术检测燃气成份中的毒性气体,测试了7个不同生产厂的高能气体压裂弹产品的燃气成份,并对特殊产品燃气中产生HCN机理进行了分析。实验表明,在高能气体压裂弹的使用和配方设计中,负氧类物质可导致HCN气体含量增加,正氧类物质可抑制毒性气体的含量。提出抑制燃烧过程产生HCN的措施,为高能气体压裂弹配方设计和安全使用提供了有效的评价途径。 The combustion process of high energy gas fracture in oil well is simulated with manometric bomb, the poisonous gas produced in the process is analyzed by infrared spectrum technique. The combustion gas compositions from samples of seven manufactures are tested, and the mechanism of creating HCN from some special products is analyzed in particular. Experimental result shows that negative oxygenous matter from the high energy gas fracture may lead to increased HCN content, and positive oxygenous matter may depress poi- sonous gas content. The experiments and analyses provide the basis for better recipes of high energy gas fracture to suppress the HCN produced during combustion.
