摘要
本文采用新鲜人胚标本50例,通过 HE 染色,重铬酸钾染色以及透射电镜技术对肾上腺的发生进行研究。结果表明:肾上腺皮质来源于胚胎时期的体腔上皮;于第时体腔上皮增殖形成胎儿皮质;第8出现成人皮质;第30时重量达4g,胎儿皮质占整个皮质70%;第10髓质细胞数量增加但与皮质之间有结缔组织分隔;30时成人皮质出现成人类型的带但发育不完全。
The development of adranal gland was studied in 50 cases of human fresh fetuses specimens by HE staining,potassium dichromate staining and transmission,election microscopy technique. The results indicated that the adranal gland costex originated from body cavity epithelium in fetus phase,the body cavity epithelium proliferated and formed fotal cortex at the 4th week,and adult cortex occured at the 8th week.Adranal gland enlarged and its weight increased to 4g until the 30th week and the fetal cortex occupied 70% of the whole cortes.The number of medullary cells began to increase at the 10th week but they separated by connective tissue tissue from the cortex. At 30th week the belt of adult type accured in the adult cortex but its develpment was uncom- plete.
