锌是人体必需的微量元素之一。国内外大量研究证实,人体内有近80种金属酶必需锌离子,始能发挥作用。锌在正常生长发育中起着重要作用。近年来的研究还认为,锌还是胃粘膜的保护因子。
It is thought that trace element Zn is a protective factor of gastric mucosa and plays an im- portant role in human growth.In order to investigate the in protective on gastric mucosa,experi- mental animals were divided into four groups:aspirin group,aspirin plus Zn group,Zn plus aspirin group and saline control group.Aspirin and zinc sulfate were injected into stomach of white rat, respectyvely.After 4 hours,half rats were killed.After 8 hours,the others were killed.The change in surface appearance and histology of the gastric mucosa were studied.The results showed gastric mucosa of I group was lesioned appearently xompared with Ⅳ control group(P< 0.01).The change Ⅲ in Ⅲ and groups had no statistical diffence(P>0.05).8hours later,the le- sion of Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups were less than that 4 hours later suggesting Zn renovation,In conclusion Zn has a protective effect on gastric mucosa.The mechanism might be due to its membrane stabil- ixing action and its free radical—clearing characteristic.
