摘要
研究了在水培条件下,菠菜和胡萝卜对气态DDTs类物质的生物富集规律.结果表明,DDTs类物质主要在菠菜和胡萝卜叶部富集,并呈如下规律:Wp,p’-DDE>Wo,p,-DDE>Wp,p’-DDD>Wp,p’-DDT>Wo,p’-DDT.不同DDTs在菠菜和胡萝卜体内的富集能力不同.在菠菜和胡萝卜体内,生物富集系数BCFp,p’-DDE>BCFo,p’-DDE>BCFp,p’-DDD>BCFp,p’-DDT>BCFo,p’-DDT.气态DDT类物质在菠菜叶部的生物富集量和生物富集系数均高于胡萝卜.降解产物p,p’-DDE和o,p’-DDE在菠菜和胡萝卜体内的平均富集量和生物富集系数BCF值均大于其母体化合物p,p’-DDT和o,p’-DDT.
The bioaccumulation rule of the gaseous DDTs in spinach and carrot was studied under the condition of water cultivation. The DDTs were accumulated mainly on the leaves of spinach and carrot, and expressed the following rules: Wp,p'-DDE 〉 Wo,p'-DDE 〉 Wp,p'-DDD 〉 Wp,p'-DDT 〉 Wo.p'-DDT. The accumulative abilities of different DDTs in the bodies of spinach and carrot were different. The bioaccumulation factors in the bodies of spinach and carrot were BCFp,p'-DDE 〉 BCFo.p'-DDE 〉 BCFp,p'-DDD 〉 BCFp.p'-DDT 〉 BCFo,p'-DDT. The bioaccumulation amount and bioaccumulation factor of gaseous DDT on the leaves of spinach were all higher than those on carrot. The average accumulation amount and bioaccumulation factors (BCF) in the bodies of spinach and carrot of degradation products p,p'-DDE and o,p' -DDE were all higher than their mother compounds p,p'-DDT and o,p'-DDT.
