摘要
目前研究生的压力主要有学业压力、就业压力、经济压力、角色以及生活方式压力等;对压力不合理的认知是产生心理问题的根源,这又主要是由于极端思维和情绪化推理,因此建立正确压力认知模式可以提高心理健康水平。
Stress faced by graduate students today most comes from study, job hunting, financial condition, role and life style, etc. Mental problems are caused by unreasonable cognizance of the stress, such as extreme thinking and emotional experience. Therefore, the construction of adequate cognizance of stress can help improve mental health.
