摘要
我国教育学专业研究生培养中存在着生源过杂,缺乏科研后劲;专业划分过细,且无明确的课程设置;教材趋于“本科化”,内容和形式过于僵化;导师“多导、乱导、不导”现象普遍存在;缺乏有效的研究生质量评价标准等问题。要解决这些问题,可采取以下对策:一是严把招生质量关,以综合素质和专业研究能力为标准选拔研究生;二是规范专业设置,因地制宜地发展优势专业;三是注重导师管理,确保导师“能导、精导、导好”;四是制订科学、合理、先进的研究生培养方案。
The paper investigates the problems in the cultivation of postgraduate students: the complexity of student source and weakness in their research ability; too detailed division of discipline and inadequate course plans; teaching materials are similar to undergraduate level; tutors teach too many students or fail to tutor the students, etc. Countermeasures are then proposed in order to solve the problems.
