关于独立学院应用型人才培养目标的探讨

Discussion of the Talent Cultivation Objectives for Independent Colleges

人才培养目标定位不准是目前独立学院建设和发展中存在的一个突出问题。有的独立学院人才培养目标不明;有的照搬母体高校人才培养目标,盲目拔高人才培养标准;有的照抄高职院校人才培养标准,人为降低人才培养要求。而无论是从理论视角,还是就实践视角而言,把独立学院人才培养目标定位为应用型人才都较恰当。

Inaccurate positioning of talent cultivation objectives is an acute problem in the construction and development of independent colleges. Some of them do not have clear talent cultivation objectives; some just copy the parent university＇s objectives; and still others lower their cultivation standards by imitating cultivation objectives of occupational schools. However, it is theoretically and practically adequate for independent colleges to position the objectives at cultivating applied talents.
