摘要
对某工程中出现的PHC工程桩质量事故,进行了全面详细的检测分析。根据桩基的实际事故情况,对整个桩基进行详尽的承载力、沉降量和偏心率计算,根据分析数据采取必要的加桩措施,提高桩的质量等级,使其能满足承载力和正常使用极限状态要求,并且把工程损失减小到最低限度。
According to the real quality accident of pre-stressed concrete pile( PHC), and based on overall check and analysis, effective strengthening measurements to improve the quality level of the defect pile are presented. Based on the detailed calculation of beating capacity of pile foundation, settlement and eccentricity, some piles are added to meet the requirements of the beating capacity and normal used limit-state. The engineering loss is reduced to the minimum.
