酞菁蓝颜料生产中废硫酸的循环利用 被引量:1

摘要 我国酞菁蓝颜料制造皆用稀盐酸处理,全国排放31%废盐酸5万t以上,氯化钙3万t以上。还以1∶500的质量比排放含大量的铜离子、有机物的废水。采用该工艺这些问题得到改善。按目前全国酞菁蓝产量计,可创经济效益3920万元/a。 The manufacture of phthalocyanine pigment in China is normally treated by diluted chloric acid.The total amount of released waste chloric acid is over 50 kt nationwide ; calcium chloride is over 30 kt ; and release great amount of organic wastewater with copper ions at the mass ratio of 1:500. The paper introduced the improved process of reusing waste sulfuric acid during the process of producing organic pigment--phthalocyanine. By doing so, it greatly improved the former pollution problem. The relevant economic benefit in China is about ¥ 39 200 thousand RMB Yuan.
