In order to eliminate waste and lower operating costs in the course of coke production,to adopt the standard cost system, which originated from the United States and has been successfully applied to Baosteel,and Handan Iron and Steel experience characterized by "market, pushing down, rejection, personnel". By advancing continued improvements in cost control during the whole process,the enterprise's core competitiveness has been greatly increased.The ability to withstand market risks has been enhanced.
