摘要 信息技术和教育信息化的发展与外语教学的结合使语言教学发生了深刻的变化。交互已经成为外语教学的核心内容。然而单一的人机交互不足以提高学生的实际交流能力。针对该问题,文章在交际教学法和建构主义学习理论的基础上,提出在大量使用现代教育技术的同时,必须加强口语课堂教学的改革,改变教学观念,创新教学手段,改进评估方法,使新技术和课堂教学有机结合起来,才能真正实现教学改革的目的,全面提高学生的英语综合应用能力,尤其是说的能力。 The combination of information technology and foreign language teaching has brought a profound reform in the area of language teaching and learning. Interaction has becoming the core of language teaching. But man-machine interaction can not meet the needs of practical communication. This paper, on the basis of the communicative teaching approach and constructionist learning theories, suggests that while using modern teaching technologies, we should step up classroom teaching reform, adjust teaching conceptions, innovate teaching means, improve evaluation methods, incorporate new technologies into classroom teaching so as to carry out teaching reform effectively and upgrade students' English language competence in an all-round way, especially their spoken English.
