ADA、IFN-γ检测对胸腔积液鉴别的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胸液干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)浓度测定在结核性与恶性胸腔积液鉴别诊断上的价值。方法对确诊的结核性胸腔积液32例、恶性胸腔积液17例患者的胸液进行IFN-γ、ADA检测,对结果进行统计学分析。结果结核性胸液组IFN-γ值和ADA值均明显高于恶性胸液组(两项P值均<0·01)。结论胸液IFN-γ与ADA的联合检测对于鉴别结核性与恶性胸腔积液有重要临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the value of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and adenosine deamiuase (ADA) in diagnosis of tuberculosis and malignant pleural effusions. Methods All the patients examined in the department of respiratory medicine of the second affiliated hospital of sun yatsen university between May ,2004 and April ,2005 were divided into tuberculous pleural effusion group consisted of 32 cases and malignant pleural effusion group consisted of 17 cases. Adenosine deaminase and interferon -γ were detected and the results were statistically analyzed. Results ADA activity and IFN -γ level in the cases of tuberculous effusions group were significantly higher than those in those of malignant effusion group respectively ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion IFN -γ and ADA can be taken as valuable parameters for differentiation of tuberculous effusion from malignant effusion.
