马斯平治疗白血病化疗粒细胞缺乏并感染的疗效分析

Observation on the effect of maxipime on infection in acute leukemia patients due to granulocytopenia after chemical therapy

目的观察马斯平应用于急性白血病化疗后粒细胞缺乏并感染的疗效和不良反应。方法对41例急性白血病患者（A组）化疗后所致的粒细胞缺乏并感染的患者用马斯平治疗，静脉滴注剂量为2g，Q12h，疗程5～14d。对照组32例（B组）用进口头孢他定治疗，静脉滴注剂量为2g，Q8h，疗程5～14d。结果马斯平组治疗的有效率为75．6％，治愈率为58．5％，细菌清除率为78．6％；对照组的有效率为75．O％，治愈率为53．1％，细菌清除率为63．6％；两组的不良反应率均低；两组的疗效差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论马斯平可作为急性白血病化疗后粒细胞缺乏并感染的首选经验性用药之一。

Objective To observe the curative effect and side effect of maxipime （cefepime） in treating infection caused by postchemotherapeutic granulocytopenia in patients with acute leukemia. Methods 41 patients with infection caused by postchemotherapeutic granulocytopenia were treated with maxipime, the dosage was 2g, ivdrip, q12h ; the whole course was 5 - 14d. The control group were treated with ceftazidime,the dosage was 2g,ivdrip,q8h;the whole course was 5 - 14d. Results Total effective rate of treating group was 75.6 %, curative rate was 58.5 %, the rate of bacteria clearance was 78.6 %. Total effective rate of the control group was 75.0% ,curative rate was 53.1%, the rate of bacteria clearance was 63.6% ; the side effect was low.The differences of two groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Maxipime can be used as one of the frist empirical antimicrobial agents in treafing infection caused by postchemotherapeutic granulocytopenia in patients with acute leukemia.
