研究了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定杞菊地黄丸中铜含量的方法，样品采用HNO3：HClO4（4：1）消化体系，方法简便、快速、省时．具有良好的精密度和准确度．精密度为7．45％，检出限为0．0059μg/ml，回收率达到92．3～110%．

The method for the determination of trace Cu in Chinese tradition medicine by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was determined in this paper, these samples are treated with HNO3： HClO4（4： 1）. The method is convenient and the results show good precision and accuracy. The detection limit was 0. 0059μg/ml, the relative standard deviation of Cu was 7.45 %, the rate of recovery were 92.3- 110%.
