农村非政府组织因其公益性、民间性、非营利性的特点,在新农村建设中发挥着日益重要的作用,成为新农村建设的有力支点。为更好地服务新农村建设,农村非政府组织的优先发展方向应为发展专业经济协会,发展社会文化组织,积极鼓励基金会发展,大力扶持农村教育类非政府组织。

The rural non--governmental organization exists public welfare, civil nature, non--profit characteristics, and is playing an increasingly important role in the Socialist New Countryside construction. It has become a powerful new rural building fulcrum. To better serve the construction of socialist new countryside, some things must be done, such as： developing rural professional economic associations, developing rural social and cultural organizations, encouraging the development of the Foundation, and vigorously supporting rural educational NGO.
