摘要
目的探讨低剂量多层螺旋CT(MSCT)普查对早期肺癌诊断的价值。方法1390例参加健康体检者首次行MSCT肺癌普查,采用低剂量程序扫描。将发现的肺部结节分为钙化结节及非钙化结节,其中非钙化结节又分为非实性结节、部分实性结节和实性结节。结果全部参检者62例检出非钙化结节,8例9个病灶被诊断为周围型肺癌,其中7例为早期肺癌(ⅠA期)。结论低剂量MSCT普查可以早期、准确检出肺癌。
Objective To evaluate the low dose multi-detection computed tomography screening on early stage lung cancer. Methods In total 1390 asymptomatic participants underwent baseline low-dose MDCT lung cancer screening. All nodules revealed were classified as calcified or non-calcified ones. Non- calcified nodules were subdivided into solid, partial-solid, or non-solid lesions. Results Non- calcified nodules were shown in 62 participants. 9 nodules in 8 cases were diagnosed as peripheral lung cancer, among which 7 cases were eventually proved to be early stage lung cancer(ⅠA) . Conclusion Low-dose MDCT screening precisely demonstrates the lesions of lung cancer in early stage.
