Interventricular septum motion abnormalities-new characteristics of Brugada Syndrome

目的探讨Brugada综合征患者室间隔运动特征。方法应用超声心动图观察Brugada综合征组(n=8)、单纯右束支阻滞组(n=8)和正常对照组(n=8)左、右室壁和室间隔运动。结果8例Brugada综合征患者中有6例在收缩早期出现室间隔基底段前向运动,而单纯右束支阻滞组和正常对照组均未见此种改变。结论收缩早期室间隔基底部运动异常可能是典型Brugada综合征一个新的临床特征。

Objective To study characteristics of interventricular septum 0VS） motion of Brugada Syndrome patients. Method 8 patients with Brugada syndrome and 16 control subjects （Right bundle block,n=8; Normal,n=8） were studied using two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler echocardiography. Result Echocardiography uncovered the interventricular septum base motion abnormalities at early-systolic phase in 6 of 8 patients with Brugada syndrome, But there were no similar changes in control groups. Conclusion IVS base motion abnormalities at early-systolic phase may be the new clinical characteristics of Brugada syndrome.
