Mining Enterprises' "Three Rates" and its Benefits

通过对影响矿山“三率”的因素分析，建立了矿山“三率”与矿山企业经济效益关系的量化模型，认为矿山“三率”不仅仅是矿产资源管理部门重视的问题，矿山企业从自身经济利益考虑更应该自觉重视矿山“三率”。

Based on analysis of the factors influncing on mining enterprises' 'three rates',the author established a quantitative model about the relationship of the 'three rates' and the enterprises' benefits,then,considered that the 'three rates' is a problem that being paid attention not only by the administrative department of mineral resources,but also by enterprises themselves.
