摘要
目的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situkeratomileusis,LASIK)瓣下冲洗是手术成功的关键之一,在术中利用现有的工具做到完美的瓣下冲洗并非易事。本研究介绍一种新型的瓣下冲洗针头的研制与应用。方法我们所用的针头前端呈扁平状,与针头体部成90°直角,共有三个孔,一个和普通针头一样在顶部,另两个在针头前端扁平部,在LASIK手术中,当针头连接注射器时,三个孔同时出水冲洗层间。结果相比较于普通针头,我们所使用的冲洗针头确实有效,并缩短了手术时间,术后随访24 h内术眼主诉明显疼痛与流泪的百分率从44.44%下降到13.77%。结论临床证明,使用这样的针头确实能够达到如下目的:缩短手术时间,获得更成功的层间冲洗,使角膜瓣更快地愈合,获得更完美的手术效果。
Objective Subcomeal wash is one of the keys to successful laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) surgery. During the operation it is difficult to do a perfect subcomeal wash using the current tools. This article introduces a clinical application of a newly developed pinhead for subcorneal wash in LASIK surgery.Methods The head of the pin we developed was flat and at a right angle to the body of the pin. There were 3 holes on the pinhead, one was located on the top of the pinhead, like the. pinhead currently in use, and the other two were located on the flat area of the pinhead. When this pinhead is connected to an injector during LASIK surgery, the 3 holes eject water simultaneously, washing the subcomeal area and moving most of the ort of the stroma in a laser and more effective way. Results Compared to a normal pinhead, the wash period with this new pinhead was faster and more effective during LASIK surgery, and most of the patients felt comfortable. The percentage of patients who complained of pain and weeping of the surgical eye during the first 24 hoars was reduced from44.44% to 13.77%.Conclusion This study proves that the new pinhead is very effective for use during LASIK surgery. It reduces the total time needed to perform the surgery and results in a cleaner postoperative subcomea.
