5-氟尿嘧啶联合曲安奈德治疗眼睑海绵状血管瘤

The clinical effects of using a mixture of 5-Fluorouracil and Triamcinolone Acetonide to treat cavernous hemangioma of the eyelid

目的评价5-氟尿嘧啶联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗眼睑海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法将74例眼睑海绵状血管瘤患者分为两组,分别以曲安奈德和5-氟尿嘧啶联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗瘤体。结果曲安奈德组眼睑海绵状血管瘤的治愈率为67.6%,治愈好转率为73.5%;联合用药组眼睑海绵状血管瘤的治愈率为80.0%,治愈好转率为92.3%,差异有显著性(χ2=4.868,P<0.05)。曲安奈德组平均疗程为(11.7±3.1)个月,联合用药组平均疗程为(6.6±2.0)个月,差异有显著性(t=2.044,P<0.05)。结论5-氟尿嘧啶不仅能提高曲安奈德对眼睑海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效,而且能缩短其疗程。5-氟尿嘧啶联合曲安奈德局部注射是治疗眼睑海绵状血管瘤的安全、有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of injecting a mixture of 5-Fluorouracil （5-FU） and triamcinolone acetonide to treat cavernous hemangioma of the eyelid. Methods Seventy-four cases were divided into two groups. Group A was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and group B was treated with a mixtore of 5-FU and triamcinolone acetonide. Results In group A, the cure rate was 67.6%, the rate of effectiveness was 73.5% and the average course of treatment was （11.7 ± 3.1 ） months. In group B, the cure rate was 80.0%, the rate of effectiveness was 92.3% and the average of treatment was （6.6 ± 2.0） months. The therapy usded for treating group B was much more effective than the treatment used for group A （χ^2 = 4. 868, P 〈 0.05）. The duration of treatment was shortor for group B than for group A（ t = 2. 044, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion 5-FU can improve the therapentic effect of triamcinolone acetonide on cavernous hemangioma of the eyelid and shorten the duration of the treatment. Combining 5-FU with triamcinolone acetenide seems to be a safe and effective therapy for treating cavernous hemagioma of the eyelid.
