摘要 目的分析手法小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术术后低视力的主要原因。方法回顾性分析我院2005年10月配合残联“视觉第一中国行动”,于表面麻醉下行手法小切口白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术166例(166眼),统计分析术后3月低视力发生率及导致低视力的主要并发症。结果术后随访3月,166眼中矫正视力≤0.3但>0.05符合低视力标准者24例,占14.46%。其中原有眼底病者15眼,角膜瘢痕2眼,弱视3眼以及持续性囊样黄斑水肿4眼。结论眼部原发病、手术并发症及手术操作技巧是导致术后低视力的主要因素。早期及时的检查治疗、娴熟的手术操作和术中、术后并发症的正确处理,可有效降低白内障术后低视力的发生率。 Objective To investigate the main causes and managements of low vision after the MSIECCE manual small incision extracapsular eataract extraction MSIECCE. Methods A retrospeetive study was made of the incidence of low vision and the main complications after 3 months of the cataract surgery, in 166 patients at our hospital in October 2005.The with implantation of intraocular lens was used under superfacial anesthesia. Results The corrected vision of 24 patients were lower than 0. 3 which is the standard of low vision, accounting for 14.46 % of the total patients. Conclusions The main causes of low vision after the MEIECCE in our study include the primary disease before surgery, complications and surgical techniques. Early examination and treatment in time, perfective surgical skills and correct treatment of complication after surgery can effectively prevent low vision af ter this cataract surgery.
