摘要
本文概述了提高活性染料吸尽率和固色率的几种方法。而重点介绍了将活性染料中的活性基团β-乙烯砜基硫酸酯与磷酸盐(如乙酰二磷酸等)的衍生物以及糖类(如葡萄糖、蔗糖等)进行反应,可制得具有高吸尽率(〉95%)、高固色率(≥95%)的活性染料。
Several methods for improving reactive dyes' absorbability and degree of fixation have been generaliged in the article. The author empbatically presented that taking the reactive radical, β-ethyl sulfuryl sulphate, to react with phosphates derivatives ( such as acetyl di-phosphate) as well as saccharides ( such as glucose, sugan etc, ) reactive dyes of high absorbability (〉95%) and high degree of fixation (≥95%) could be prepared.
