剖宫产手术切口212例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 212 Cases of Caesarean Section

目的分析剖宫产手术腹部横切口和纵切口两种术式对病人术后的影响。方法将2005年3月—2006年2月剖宫产手术切口212例进行总结分析。结果腹部横切口较纵切口手术时间短(t=2.89,P<0.01);术后切口疼痛情况比较,差异亦有统计学意义(t=21.60,P<0.01)。结论腹部横切口剖宫产术病人术后情况优于腹部纵切口剖宫产术。

[ Objective] To analyze the postoperation effect of transverse incision and longitudinal incision in caesarean section on the patients. [ Methods] Analysis was made on 212 cases of caesarean section during the period of March 2005 to February 2006. [ Results] The patients who had transverse incision had shorter time of hospitalization and less pain after operation. [ Conclusion] The post - operation condition of the transverse incision is better than that of the longitudinal incision.
