2型糖尿病视网膜病变与肾功能关系的研究

Study of the Relationship between Diabetic Retinopathy and Kidney Function among Type II Diabetes

目的观察临床2型糖尿病患者不同程度的视网膜病变与肾功能之间的关系。方法通过对92例伴有不同程度视网膜病变的2型糖尿病患者进行空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐及双侧眼底镜检查,并与30例不伴视网膜病变的2型糖尿病患者进行对比研究。结果糖尿病伴DRⅢ期及增殖期的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),糖尿病出现DR各期的24 h尿微量白蛋白与对照组相比,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病视网膜病变程度是随着24 h尿微量白蛋白增加而加重的,提示二者之间密切相关。

[ Objective] To observe the relationship between diabetic retinopathy and kidney function among type Ⅱ diabetes, [ Methods]92 cases of diabetes with retinopathy were selected as the case group and 30 cases of diabetes without retinopathy were taken as the control group, The FBG, P2BG, HbAic, UMA （24 h） , BUN, Cr and eyegroundscope were examined; the result was compared with that of the control group. [ Results] The FBG, P 2BG and HbAic differed significantly between diabetic patients with DR in grade Ⅲ or the proliferation grade and the control group （ P 〈0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ）. The UMA （24 h） of the case group differed significantly from that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion] The degree of DR aggravates as the UMA （ 24H ） increases, which indicates that there is close relationship between the two.
